This website is operated by Excellent Diagnostic and Cardiology Clinic Limited ("the Clinic", "we", "us"), a diagnostic and cardiology facility located at No 4 Hospital Road, Kano, Nigeria.

By accessing this website, booking an appointment online, contacting us through the site or using our document verification service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the website is the version that applies to you.

All content on this website - including descriptions of departments, tests, procedures and health information - is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional.

Using this website, submitting a contact message or booking an appointment does not create a doctor–patient relationship between you and the Clinic. A clinical relationship is only established when you attend the Clinic and are seen by our staff.

If you believe you have a medical emergency, do not rely on this website. Call our emergency line or go to the nearest hospital immediately.

The online booking system allows you to request an appointment. A booking submitted online has the status “pending” and is a request only - it is not a confirmed appointment until you receive a confirmation from us by SMS, email or phone.

Payment for services is made at the Clinic in accordance with our current price list, unless otherwise agreed in writing (for example, under an HMO or corporate arrangement).

By submitting a booking or contact request with your phone number or email address, you consent to receiving service communications from us relating to that request - including booking acknowledgements, confirmations, schedule changes, and notifications that your results or documents are ready.

These are transactional service messages, not marketing. We will not send you promotional messages without a separate, explicit opt-in, and you may ask us to stop contacting you at any time using the details at the bottom of this page.

Quoted turnaround times (for example, results within 24 hours) are targets, not guarantees. Complex investigations, equipment availability, referrals to external laboratories or clinical review requirements may extend delivery times.

Diagnostic reports are prepared for the named patient and, where applicable, their referring physician. Reports should always be interpreted by a qualified healthcare professional in the context of your full clinical history. The Clinic is not responsible for conclusions drawn from a report by persons not qualified to interpret it.

Where you choose email delivery of results, you accept the inherent risks of email transmission to the address you provided.

Documents issued by the Clinic carry a QR code linking to our online verification page. This service confirms only that a document with the given reference was issued by the Clinic and shows the limited summary details displayed on the page.

The verification page is not a medical record, does not display clinical findings, and must not be relied upon as a complete or current statement of any person's health. Successful verification confirms authenticity of issuance only; it does not re-validate the clinical content of a document.

Attempting to use the verification service to enumerate, guess or harvest document references, or to misrepresent a verification result, is prohibited.

All content on this website - including text, page designs, logos, images and the Clinic's name and branding - is owned by or licensed to Excellent Diagnostic and Cardiology Clinic Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution or use of website content without our prior written consent is prohibited.

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take reasonable care to keep information accurate and the site available, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that information on it is complete or current at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, the Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website - including reliance on general information published on it, delays or failures in SMS/email delivery caused by telecommunications providers, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability arising from proven negligence in the delivery of clinical services at the Clinic, which remains governed by the applicable professional and statutory framework.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Clinic, its directors, staff and agents against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the website, or false information you submit through it.

The website may contain links to third-party websites and services (for example, maps, WhatsApp, or payment or HMO portals). These are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party sites.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kano State, Nigeria, after a good-faith attempt to resolve the matter directly with the Clinic.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
